#64 Nail Fail

Actually I wanted to do the water surface-sanitizer spray-nail art, but I failed badly. Here is instead a picture of what I intended to be the base: a reverse ombre with essence's crystallized in Ice Eyes Baby (check #46), H&M's turquoise Bambi-Polish (check #52) which is hardly seen because the colours are too similar, and essie's Mint Candy Apple.

Extra pic of my last nails, a mysterious triangle appeared on my ring finger!

#61 BALLIN'

Does the design make it a party-themed nails or the title?
:-|

Somewhat crappy tuxedo nails because I draw the black parts freehand. I think matte top coat makes your nails look very classy tho.

Making these bows was such a pain in the ass!
Normally the beads stick to your wet layer of polish, but I had to put them on the matte polish that dried way too fast. I almost needed half an hour to finish one bow!
>______<"

I messed up so much on the right hand so that I had to cover it with glitter polish that doesn't even fit to the nail design...

#57 Snow Storm

No, this is no Olympic Winter Games inspired nails. I don't support homophobic Russia, politics over there are aweful!

I rather got inspired by Lorde's performance at the Grammys earlier this year where she had these crazy painted black finger tips.

Couldn't find a proper video of that on youtube though to post it here, which sucks.

Anyways, I used a essence matte coat above the black and white ombre.

Sorry for the weird pics.

#53 SUNNY

I miss the sun and the summer and the beach and the hot weather!!!
BOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO (;___;)

What I used:
The Face Shop in BL603
Orly in White Tips
and
Chanel in 577 Mimosa.

This Tutorial was actually what I did:

The idea of creating your own nail stickers is SUPER GENIUS!!!!!
It's super effective!!!!!!!!!

#47 Ombre Nails - Part I: 10 Shades Of Pink

Recently I've only simply painted my nails in one colour, I know, sorry for the lack of cool nail designs. But I really wanted to do some fading colour shades because my sister owns so many polishes, bright and dark tones of so many colours.
I want to try blue, maybe black fading colours, too. ;D

From left to right:
essence 05 sweet as candy
Orly Flirty Girl
butter London Teddy Girl
Manhattan 55N
Astor 208
Essie 20 Lovie Dovie
essence 19 VIP appeal
OPI That's Hot! Pink
essence 108 ultimate pink
H&M French Kiss

...the last three colours look pretty much the same...

#32 And we'll never be royals...

...but this nail design still should look like ermelin fur.
But don't wear real fur, that's somewhat disgusting.

Done with an Orly white polish and a black crackling one from p2. The latter is not to recommend, because it dries way too fast.

The other hand looks not so good...

Anyways, ending here with a really good earworm

#10 kaleidoscope nails (updated with clear pic)

I'm very sorry, but today was not my day to take clear pictures.
Sorry for that quality that might give you a headache, but hey, my nails still look fabulous ;p

I used the Orly White again, which is actually for French manicure tips, and essence's 13 mrs and mr glitter and 02 Circus confetti. xD These names.

The mrs and mister-polish did kinda dissolve the white layer of Orly, so I had to put tons of glitter polish over the dissolved spots. I applied altogether six layers, what a drag, haha.

UPDATE:
clear picture success

#6 White Indian Ocean

Good day, it's time for another post!^^
This one is dedicated to a nail polish that my sister just bought on our trip to London last month before she left for China (;____;). She's a big fan of the brand Models Own and wanted eagerly to see a bottle shop. If you google 'Models Own Bottleshop London', you will understand why. There are several in London Malls, selling one bottle for the price of 5 Pound. After my sister bought two for 10 Pounds, we found out that Boots sells 2 for 8 Pounds or something like that. Haha. (=___='')

Left one is a white colour from Orly, some french manicure stuff. It's amazing, two layers and your nails are pure white.
Right one is Models Own in Indian Ocean. It's very lucent on it's own, so you should layer a light colour underneath to see the blue shimmer better.

I'm a little bit disappointed, I thought it was going to turn out a little bit more blue. Darker colours by Models Own are definetely more opaque than this one.
