#99 Union Jack

Folks, I have an announcement to make:
I'll be moving to GB for the next six months and don't plan to bring my nail polish with me. Maybe only one. Ahhhhhhhhhhh. It kinda bums me out, I don't wanna spend money on vanity when I'll be going for higher purposes....

#91 Clouds [?!?!?]

Ok, I did these nails in a hurry, that's why it's so sloppy and smeared.

Done with a red Nivea Flex & Strong polish, H&M in metallic grey
and a no name white polish from Vietnam.

(I painted these weird stripes/clouds/whatever with a toothpick, which was a horrible idea.)

Done with a no name metallic rosé
and a set from H&M in
metallic grey, metallic petrol and spark me up
(the latter one is empty now unfortunately)

#85 Grey Can Be A Happy Colour

Grey tips and 4 or 5 layers of glitter polish. These are legit Halli-Galli-Dreckssau-Party Nails!

I did the tips freehand btw. Getting slowly better huh huh.

I did the silver with a metallic Skin Food polish, the glitter clear top is called Circus Confetti by essence.

Also looked good when I cut my nails

#82 Gold and Silver

Do you know the hardships of taking a picture of your hands/nails with autotimer? Almost breaking your wrists for bending your hands too much is probably what you get when you want both hands to be in the picture because you painted the nails differently.

Left hand a Body Shop lucid gold polish as base; Rigth hand the Skin Food silver (Korean nail polishes don't often have irritating names for their colours, I somehow like that).
Topped with the Catrice Crushed Crystals in Oyster & Champagne (3 layers).

#77 Metal

Simple but effective nails!
Done with an amazing polish I bought 2010 or so in Korea!

This is the most beautiful polish flask I own. It‘s from Etude House, and I thought that when I bought it 3 years ago, the colour was more runnier and not so opaque. Maybe it changed through the years, I haven't used this one quite a while. I actually wanted to lay this colour over a glittery bordeaux to create a goldish look, but it got completely overpainted.

The bottle is so cute, there is an inscription of the brand on it, which is not readable on these photos (=.=)

#61 BALLIN'

Does the design make it a party-themed nails or the title?
:-|

Somewhat crappy tuxedo nails because I draw the black parts freehand. I think matte top coat makes your nails look very classy tho.

Making these bows was such a pain in the ass!
Normally the beads stick to your wet layer of polish, but I had to put them on the matte polish that dried way too fast. I almost needed half an hour to finish one bow!
>______<"

I messed up so much on the right hand so that I had to cover it with glitter polish that doesn't even fit to the nail design...

#58 Wizen

Here's how your crackling polish can look like! I have no idea why it looks so different on my two big toes!

Done with p2 Crackling Polish in Silver and turquoise essie Polish in Mint Candy Apple.
Crackling polishes from p2 suck because they start to dry as soon as you put your first layer on your nail, no matter how much polish is left on the brush.
Not recommended, folks.

#56 Sugar, Baby!

I got some nail caviar/microbeads for my birthday from some supersweet friends of mine!
(^3^)
(And also a lot more nail polish n_n )

I first painted a layer of a similar pink (essence in Ultimate Pink), waited for it to completely dry, and then painted a second layer to stick the beads on it. You just dip your wet nail into the pot, that's how you do it.
I also thought that this darker silver from Skin Food, which I bought in Shanghai long time ago, would match well with the bright pink.

It's nearly impossible to get the pearls to spread evenly, that's why they looked a little crooked in my opinion. They fell off really easy on the tips, too.

I tried to fix it by appliying a top coat, but as a result, the beads looked not that shiny anymore but more of a stuck-together-mass, and my brush turned pink!!!!!
Also the colour was slightly washed away...

After about 24 hours later, my nails looked like this:
(Ever heard of Trypophobia?)

About 96% of the beads fell off!!!!!
It was somewhat annoying being careful at whatever you do all the time to protect them from falling off. (If you prepare food f.e., a good advice would be to use gloves, because you don't want little crunchy particles in your food, right?)

I removed them 2 days later, because I had enough of little pink pearls EVERYWHERE, in the shower, in the sink, in my food, in my bed...
Too bad that securing the caviar layer doesn't work well with top coat. Maybe I can use them for other creative stuff apart from my nails.
