#79 Pearl'n'Shine

Today we have a really shiny pearl tone nail polish, with very subtle glitter and a sheer nude effect.

I have a smartphone from Alcatel, and notice how amazingly well focused the ground appears instead of what was right in front of the lense *clap clap*
I used this no name cheap ass nail polish I got some decades ago for my birthday. It was part of a make up case that you can get in drugstores for 7,99 Eur on sale.

#78 Bloody Mess

One thing about me:
I have a really weird addiction of watching youtube videos of horror games being played.
It's not only less scary, I also think it saves a lot of your time, not really being in that addictive mood to play video games all day long. (Except if you watch gaming videos all day long, which I always end up doing when procrastinating.)

Right now I'm watching the RPG 'Corpse Party', played by Cry, because pewdiepie is so lame. (Look up all the words that you don't understand from the latter sentence xD.)

Corpse Party is a very gory japanese survival horror game in Anime style, but I don't want to go into details here.

I just painted my nails in this American Apparel polish called 'American Denim' and thought it was too boring looking.
So I chose this Nivea red polish to do some ombre tips, which ended up looking really bloody.

I also tried to put some of that runny Sephora tint/tie dye stuff on top to make the baby blue look a little bit darker and more serious, but it smeared the red colour all over and made such a big mess!!!
That's why my left thumb looks especially bloody.

So, how do you like my gory nails? ;)

#77 Metal

Simple but effective nails!
Done with an amazing polish I bought 2010 or so in Korea!

This is the most beautiful polish flask I own. It‘s from Etude House, and I thought that when I bought it 3 years ago, the colour was more runnier and not so opaque. Maybe it changed through the years, I haven't used this one quite a while. I actually wanted to lay this colour over a glittery bordeaux to create a goldish look, but it got completely overpainted.

The bottle is so cute, there is an inscription of the brand on it, which is not readable on these photos (=.=)

#76 Modern Art/Rothko

I'm a little bit ashamed to come back with such a crappy nail design, so I put an artist name into the heading to make this seem all fancy and artsy and shit. Please be fooled by that. Oh, you don't know Rothko? That's the name of a guy from the book 'Twelve' by Nick McDonell.

I wanted to do was inspired by this picture from an editorial from a magazine called Glass magazine (June 2013 I think)

These polishes are suuuuper old! I think I got the red Nivea one about 5 years as a birthday present, and the blue one from H&M about 3 years ago or so. The latter is really viscid by now and doesn't dry so well anymore (because the layer is too thick I assume). The red one is still working surprisingly well!

#74 Tinkerbell

Used a strange green polish (essie's Navigate Me) to create ombre nails because I think wearing the colour purely wouldn't look that good.
I used beyu in 192 as a base colour, but I wish I would have used something more opaque than this translucid nude colour.

It doesn't look that great (kinda reminds me of moss or mold! Dx), so I put on some topcoat with glitter shards (Catrice's Glitterazzi) on top.

And tadaaaa~ there you have your Fairy/Emerald City/Sparkle Sparkle/Fantasy themed nails.
