#48 Ombre Nails - Part II: Crazy Mermaid Nails

I did these nails with a make up sponge, which leaves your nails with a kinda rough surface, and put a glitter 'holo' top coat over it. Looks pretty sick huh? :p

Done with:
H&M Hello Kitty Nail Polish in Corall Summer,
H&M Nail Polish in Purple in Paris
and
p2 Glamorous Finish holo top coat

The purple colour was sort of too runny so I had to spot the tips a lot of times until it was visibly dark.

#47 Ombre Nails - Part I: 10 Shades Of Pink

Recently I've only simply painted my nails in one colour, I know, sorry for the lack of cool nail designs. But I really wanted to do some fading colour shades because my sister owns so many polishes, bright and dark tones of so many colours.
I want to try blue, maybe black fading colours, too. ;D

From left to right:
essence 05 sweet as candy
Orly Flirty Girl
butter London Teddy Girl
Manhattan 55N
Astor 208
Essie 20 Lovie Dovie
essence 19 VIP appeal
OPI That's Hot! Pink
essence 108 ultimate pink
H&M French Kiss

...the last three colours look pretty much the same...

#46 Snowy Party Nails

My nail broke because I was partying too hard.
Boohooo!

The colour is a greyish white with glitter called 04 Ice Eyes Baby, from the essence crystalliced line.

And there's no snow this Christmas at my place, so double BOOHOO!!!

#45 Cutie

A K-Pop inspired post, what my sister normally does (or did). Check out her blog:

Done with:
butter London in Teddy Girl
&
essie 99 mint candy apple

I was inspired by T-Ara Jiyeon's nails
sorry for the quality, I took a photo from the booklet of my T-Ara album

Why are they painted in that order, I always wonder.
Here's a pic of 4 Minute Hyunah's Nails:

It looks pretty rad IMO, so random and colourful :3

#39 Christmas Spirit

My cute friend Maddy just sent me this!
She's in China right now (just like my sister, why the hell is everybody in China :-D) and told me she became halfway a Chinese person by now xD
The nails are so cute, I'm starting to feel the Christmas Spirit, although I'm not planning on doing many Christmas-themed nails on this blog.

#37 Romance Dawn

Using OPI in Bastille my Heart underneath...

...and using following clear glitter topcoats:

The left one was a present from a dear friend who brought me this on her vacation in Korea. It's from Nature Republic, but there is no label at all on it. The right one is from The Face Shop, the colour's name is

(Btw, I love how Korean Make Up Brands put so much effort into packaging. Everything looks so lovely!)

I said earlier that the yellow nails in #36 would be the base for some nail art.
I tested the two blue glitter ones with the Chanel (which is not supposed to be the nail art I planned to do but anyways):

As you can see, the blue glitter is merely visible, not to mention the blue colour. What a fail.

It's showing on the red OPI polish though:
Left is the Nature Republic polish, right the Face Shop one. The first has much more glitter particles.

Close-up on the left hand:

Right hand is not that glittery:
